Why keep some posts local?

A local post gives you control over the presentation. You can keep the writing concise, link to supporting code when it matters, and avoid making every article feel like repository documentation.

External markdown links still make sense for design notes that belong beside the code. The blog can point to those directly while keeping lighter writing here.
